Our Headlight Restoration Process

1.Cleaning & Surface Prep

First Step is our Evaluation of the Lenses, and to clean them with in-house compounds designed to remove road dirt, grime and other pesky stuck on materials.

2. Six Stage Wetsanding Process

Our Second Step includes 6 or more stages of wet sanding. We completely remove the old dead layer of plastic, transitioning to a blank canvas for our next steps.

3. Two Stage Compound & Polish

After sanding, we apply a compound, which restores clarity, followed by a deep polish, setting the stage for our final stage.

4. Fresh New UV Coating

Final Stage is the UV Coating and Sealant. This step insures your headlights stay protected year round.
